Functional Medicine Practitioner

Are you a healthcare professional who believes in treating the root cause of illness, rather than just the symptoms? If so, we want you to join our team at The Wellness Collective in Sioux Falls, SD!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations with patients to understand their medical history, lifestyle, and genetic factors.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret advanced laboratory tests to identify underlying imbalances and deficiencies.
  • Educate patients on the importance of functional medicine and empower them to take control of their health.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant
  • Certified, or working toward certification, in Functional Medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping patients achieve optimal wellness.
