Functional Medicine Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Functional Medicine Practitioner to join our team at The Wellness Collective in Sioux Falls, SD. As a Functional Medicine Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing holistic care to our patients by addressing the root causes of their health issues through functional medicine practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their medical history, lifestyle, and environmental factors
  • Create personalized treatment plans using functional medicine approaches to address the underlying causes of health conditions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care to patients
  • Educate patients on the principles of functional medicine and empower them to take control of their health
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patients' progress and feedback

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional medicine and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness. You should have excellent communication skills, be a compassionate listener, and be committed to continuous learning and professional development. This position will start with 5 hours/week, with an opportunity to build the caseload you desire!

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing, Medicine, or similar field
  • Licensure in good standing in the state of South Dakota
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for helping others and promoting wellness
