Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)

The Wellness Collective is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our collaborative, whole-person care team in Sioux Falls.

This role is ideal for a nurse who values connection, autonomy, and a slower, more intentional pace of care.

What You’ll Do

• Room and prepare patients for visits (vitals, medications, supplements, allergies, pharmacy)
• Support functional medicine and psychiatric nurse practitioners in coordinated care
• Communicate with patients between visits to support care plans
• Assist with medication prior authorizations
• Perform lab draws as needed
• Document accurately and efficiently in the EMR

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in South Dakota
• Strong communication and relational skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently
• Experience in outpatient, behavioral health, or functional medicine is a plus (not required)

Schedule

• Part-time: 3 days/week
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional flexibility to help cover team absences
